can i just say that i am really glad i went out tonight, that i succeeded in forcing my bad after-nap mood away and had lots of fun tonight???
i saw roma, which was really really great, and i hung out at MR and danced a ton, and before that, i went to the thing in arlington, and now i won't be regretting having missed it, and i was able to laugh off having a drink totally spilled all over me, and it was just the welcome home i needed - without a lot of people (that i knew) and on my own terms.
yes, life does always work out for the best. i love my grandma for teaching me that.
now, if i can only stay strong for the rest of the evening...
