bloody morning

just yesterday i wrote about the perils of not having breakfast.
i woke up with the full intention of not making the sae mistake today.
so i boil some tea, and look int he cupboard for my bread.
and you know what? there is no bread there. or anywhere else in the kitchen. last time i saw it, more then half a loaf was there, and i really don't know if someone just finished it off or threw it tout.
either way, i am far from a happy camper. everyone else in the house has cereal, but my cereal got eaten by bill & max last week, and the store was randomly missing it when i went shopping.
*roar*
the only thing remtoely breakfast like in there is nurti-grain bars, so i guess i'll have to eat one of those after my cup of tea, though i am not looking forward to it - i used to take them to school withme through my last 2 years of high school and have since really lost the taste for them.

not looking forward to the drive in to work, either.

on the good news, though, my camera has been shipped out : )
now i am going to be twitching till friday, when i can finally play with it. : )

but overall, yeah, i think it is going to be one of those weeks, and i am just waiting (rather impatiently) for 5pm thursday when it will be (at least for me) officially over.

today...

...is a day i'd love to telecommute.

its slow.
damn slow.
boring slow.
there are barely any calls, and just a few emails.
i would be so much happier answering them from home.
but c'est la vie.
bored is still better then swamped in a lot of ways.
*giggles* if this was tiac, though, we'd be playing board games by now : )

and velvet seems to be back up, but i think its just the shell of it, as messages take a wicked long time to send, and it doesn't seem to be able to recieve. makes me wish my ftp server was still running, so i could appease my paranoia & dl the majority of my files there. here's praying it stays up till 6.

i am just scrambling to think of things to write about. i'm just that bored.
maybe i should just stop while i am ahead...
... and work on depth now that velvet is back up.. yeah...
