y'know... it feels like it should be around 4 in the afternoon... but its not...
the cat has taken to sleeping right next to my pillow (its the only place where she's not at risk of being kicked or rolled onto) and that makes me very happy... she makes little groggy semi-meows when she's woken up by me getting up : ) but she's there, now, and i am so tempted to join her...
only i know that (a) there's a chance i wouldn't wake up for tonight's plans and (b) if i do, i'd be way too bitchy for anyone (including myself) to deal with.

but yeah, i am tired.... stayed up really late last night, and the evening was somewhat disappointing. but i am glad i stayed in rather then going anywhere, as in retrospect, i am glad that i was home for the evening.

today i woke up early out of paranoia of being late, much earlier then i needed to be up... and, as usual, did not fall back asleep until it was time to get up anyways : (
after making breakfast(!!) and taking a quick shower, i headed off to help tobi help her grandma. spending 2-3 hours in an old person's house is trying. i tried to keep a good humor through it, and am still not letting myself think about it seriously. i cannot begin to imagine how hard it must be for tobi and her family...

blah. talked to my mom way too long and am now running late : /
