...and this madness is too amusing, go fill out this poll and pass it on.

looking at my cc bill for this month, i'm kinda distraught over what is there.
this month, there's very little "extraneous" expenses. there's $150 in gas and tolls, $110 for 3 meals out (two of which were sushi) which, all in all, is pretty reasonable for a month, $71 for school books and $140 in supermarket/convenience stores, and $70 for parking tickets.
i don't think its possible to cut down on gas this month - if anything, that's only going to go up. i won't need more schoolbooks till may, so that's good, and with all luck, i'll have less parking tickets. the supermarket/convenience store stuff is higher because i've stockpiled some food, so i won't need to buy as much this month, and it includes the copay for pain meds as well as post-dental-surgery food. i'm not looking forward to cutting down on dinners out, but i think i may need to. between bills, money i owe IRS and the copay for the wisdom teeth (much higher then i expected), plane tix to cali and the trip to amsterdam, i just really need to be frugal for a while.

and having said all that, now is when i try to push all those thoughts way out of my head, and attempt to remember that i'm about to have a damn great weekend. its gotta work soon, right?
or, at least, try to think positively - in the last month and a half, i managed to pay off a laptop, a class, bills, an armoire, a tickets to CdS, tickets to contact and a weekend in vermont. if i could do that, i can do this, right?

and in some ways, the biggest part this is that i'm in shock because it seems like i'm getting very close to spending more then i'm making. which is a point that i never thought i would hit.
