1. If your emotions were a sandwich, what would be on it?
currently? well, the bread would be the groggy-haze everything is surrounded by. the mayo is relief/gladness that its nice out. the cheese is the feeling of not doing things quickly or well enough that's the substance of my workday, and in the veggies on that are hope for a good weekend, apprehension at the juggling of wants and needs that will need to happen, dread for the physical drive tonight, excitement about getting to see CdS again, as well as hope for all the things coming up and dread regarding my financial situation. the dressing that smothers the veggies is the love/care that i have for the people in my life.
2. What do you miss most about California?

3. How do you think being Russian has affected your experience as an American?
being considered russian is just weird - in russia, i was never considered russian, just a jew.
having lived in russia makes me insanely grateful to have been brought here and appreciate all the different ways in which that has changed my life. it makes me appreciate the principles america was founded on and scared about what is going on in the government. it also makes me feel about the actions of the government the same way i feel about religion - people can guess what they want, but noone knows what the truth really is.
