customer service karma?

elvendollfrom now on, the new rule of thumb will be to call the most important customer service questions in first, so that good customer service karma isn't wasted on lesser things.
i'd called verizon about my phone snafus, and got someone amazingly and surprisingly helpful and understanding and who corrected my issues without any sort of arguing.
then, i called america west, where both the original rep and the supervisor were rather rude and unwilling to help.
aside from that, the SAD is pretty bad today.
i'm having a hard time doing anything; its like most of my energy is going into resisting the desire to hide under the blankets, preferably on a state of unconsciousness.
i have two fun trips in the works between now and march, and two parties i am typically excited about. right now, i'd gladly give up all of that for being put into a coma until spring comes.
of course, my room and my house looking like hell isn't helping one bit, but the progress i'm making in denting them is negligible *sigh*
and, the school reading? what school reading? *sigh*
