yesterday was a rough day - i was feeling ooky, and tense, and heavy-coldish.
meeting with my classmate went well - we bounced a lot of ideas, and it wasn't anything huge - just enough to know we're on the same page and can do the presentation without fumbling over each other or stepping on toes. and i think she's really cool, and we chatted about not-school stuff for a bit.
after that,
sol3 came over, caught the tail end of a good mood, and made me laugh a lot while my mood was going downhill, was insanely patient while i couldn't decide what/where to eat and what/where to watch.
in the end, i made pasta roni, he went to get grilled cheese stuffs, and we settled down to watch half of bound before i decided that going to bed at a decent hour was more appealing then the movie. after days like that, i really wonder how he manages to stick around.
this morning, i decided i couldn't bear another day like yesterday at the office and emailed in to work from home. and i spent just about all day sitting on the couch - getting up to go to lunch, to receive my new toy (
darxus' (now) old camera), make a miserable excuse of a dinner and get a beer. mmm... beer.
in theory, i really need to email my professor, but i'm procrastinating that.
i haven't been sleeping very well lately.
i think a part of that is not drinking enough water or tea before going to bed. by the end of the day, i get too lazy to boil water, which is fairly pathetic. i also need to see what i can do to make my room darker at night, maybe find a good place for my stereo and somehow teach the cat that the center of the bed isn't an ideal place to sleep - she's gone as far as laying on top of me until i shift out of the way!
