Bungee cords totally are! I remember picking them up while doing BM shopping last year - sol3 or goat said "What are these for?" and my response was "They're bungee cords!" (I think my favorite use for them thus far was when moving cross-country in 94, before cd players had much in the way of anti-skip features, and my stepfather rigged up my boombox inthe truck with bungee cords, so that our music wouldn't skip)
And I'm still eyeing dressers, but more to see if anything really catches my eye before I break down and get the setup I liked from Ikea.
It's weird to be going through the decoration process so slowly, but I want to make sure everything fits, so there's decisions I'm not making until other things fit together. Next time I move, though, I'll definately need to rent a truck!
