sign of impending doom?

twice, in the last two days, customers have asked me if i speak russian.

(yesterday was the first... i was rather knocked out of my water for the few seconds before coming up with a good answer - 'a little bit'

heh...
its a sign of impending doom because i have a tendency not to like (other) russian people, especially the males, and am therefore am not always comfortable with them knowing that i am russian too...
as far as talking to them in russian - that'd be hard... it usually takes me a few minutes to switch which language i think in, and even then, so many english words would need to be thrown it it would be very uncomfortable for me...
