elvendoll...i think today is starting out to be the first really tolerable day this week - here's hoping it keeps up! *knocks on wood*
speaking of week, lessee -
monday - only thing that stands out is going to ceremony. it was ok... i was in a fairly good mood, and got to spend time around people i don't usually linger around. unfortunately, after i got home, my mood went sour...
tuesday - got home, watched buffy reruns & then buffy... read some.. vegged... bleh...
wednesday - got home, went for a sushi appetizer with adam, chilled at home, and went to MR. it was a low-key and mellow night for me, and that was good. unfortunately, the buzz i got lasted longer into the evening then it should have, which was partially responisble for me losing stuff in the basement cleanup, but there's nothing i can do about that now. also spent time talking to bill, which is, overall, a good thing.
thursday - got home, and spent the evening between watching tv, reading, and redoing the journal style. funfun..
dunno what i am doing tonight (got any suggestions/ideas??), but spending time at home with tv, computer and book doesn't sound like a bad idea at all. 'sides, i kinda wanna finish the book i'm reading by the end of the weekend. right now, i am just so looking forward to sleeping in tomorrow - just the thought of it makes me smile!
two odd things (or, out of the ordinary) - an article in the globe really rubbed me the wrong way. not how it was written, but the news it was giving us. and, my grandma said that if i go to jamaica with the two sets of grandparents, they will pay my way. what a goddamn dilemma! one the pros side, its a free vacation in jamaica, but on the cons, i hate taking money from my grandparents and i can usually only take my stepdad's mom in small doses, and having to spend a week in such proximity to her makes me wonder if i would end up regretting spending precious vacation time in such a manner.
speaking of travlling, tobi sucks, because she pointed out how cheap packages to other continents are right now, and they all look so tempting... i just know that i shouldn't even consider them, though, cuz i am suppa broke right now : (
