for a monday, i don't think today is too bad...
i didn't sleep too well overnight, but i slept decently and plenty over the weekend, so i'm more or less ok right now... and i had indian food leftovers for breakfast, which is always good : )

soon, i head off to class, having none of the homework done.
it shouldn't be too bad... seems like most people in the class started slacking by now, and as long as i start getting stuff done over the next couple of days, i'll be okay. its just that i didn't feel much like writing on the free moments i had this weekend, and i can't seem to find my copy of the book we're supposed to be reading, which is kind of annyong because i don't want to buy it again. (anyone have a copy of hemingway's in our time they want to loan me??)

and today i also have to go get my license renewed.
i can't begin to verbalize how much i am not looking forward to that.
i don't like driving to the galeria, i don't like going there alone, and being in a maul a few days after my birthday with no birthday money to blow is just insult to injury.
hopefully, there will be fun this evening to make up for this. and, then no more DMV stuff for another 5 years, right?

and can i just mention how much i'm loving this weather?
i know its hot & humid & all that stuff- but its warm enough for me not to be shivering, and it looks gorgeous out there. i think i'll definately be itching for nantasket soon.

much to my surprise, this experience was much more painless then i expected... i found the galeria (without having ever driven there on my own, at all in over a year & without checking directions) without getting lost, there were 3 people ahead of me in line for the process, and i was out of the parking garage in under an hour (prolly like 30-35 mins).
and i found my way back : )
and i passed the vision exam (that i'd forgotten to worry about).

but, i really dislike my new picture.
