elvendollso its funny to take a look at my dream and pinpoint where everything could've come from.
the open air vehicle - i talked to him yesterday, and the last few times we talked (though not this time) it was about going off-reading again.
the creatures - they looked a lot like mole-rats shown in one of the previews for the pillow book, which i saw a part of this weekend.
going to the supermarket is related to the lack of having done so for the apartment in a long time. a certain roommate keeps saying he will, but i don't think he has yet..
not exactly sure about the phonecalls from random people, but i think stuff that was said definitely relates to my neuroses. and if i'm remembering correctly, dreaming of solving problems for 'other people' which are actually related to or exaggerations of my head issues is a good thing.
the rain, etc, is definitely from passive wishes school will have a rain-day today...
the car being submerged in water is prolly from thoughts i head over the weekend, about how when i was younger, i used to think that a person who can swim shouldn't be able to drown, but how i've changed my mind.
the laser etching is probably a combination of debating getting a laser pointer over the weekend and the rain on the way home last night making my rear view window look like it had been melted and re-stretched inadequately.
yeah.
other stuff - this pisses me off. i think people stopping too much is a big part of what makes boston traffic so incredibly bad.
i'm looking forward to this weekend. and i want it to start now. *stomp*
a couple of weeks ago, looking through the internet white pages, i noticed that, by the looks of it, my cousin moved back to MA - to either framingham or brookline. i don't know if i'll ever do anything with this knowledge, but its a little weird to know that the odds of running into her randomly have risen. then again, i'd be curious to know if i'd still recognize her - i can count on my hands the number of times i've seen her in the past 7 years. (and yeah, i do spot checks for my paternal relatives once every blue moon. i think if i could have a way of getting other info on them without actually having to interact with them, i'd be using that, too - funny how familial relations work, eh?)
i was a bad kid at lunch today. stopped into H&M and picked up a very plain black sundress. its very similar to what i've wanted for a very long time, but its just not there. unfortunately, its the closest thing i could find, it was $15, i know i will wear it, and it will hopefully be motivation to do more crunches, as it will look much better on me once i lose a couple of inches.
and my time's run out.
