about the halfway point, right before a nice neighbor started helping me out


i broke free!!


she was way too cute not to take a picture of her, though she kept following me really close, so i couldn't get a good shot.

i guess there should also be a picture of my hands, red and a bit swollen.
overall, it was a good experience. and now i know that with three hours and a shovel, i might have a shot at getting my car out of a similar situation.

if there was someone around to take such a picture, that'd be a sign that i didn't do much of the work

and i spent an hour fighting with the snow before calling for help.
