right now, i'm burning two candles i got as a present in seventh or eighth grade. they were given to me by my grandma's best friend... they're glittery pine cones that always made me smile from happy thoughts of new years celebrations in russia. they haven't been active decoration in my room for a few years now, and i got tired of having to work around them in a box - so, i'm burning them. its sad and bittersweet in some ways.

i'm doing this today because i went and resorted some of my stuff. i'm far from done, and not just out of sheer laziness - having dust allergies and reorganizing isn't the brightest idea when already in allergy-agony.

and as far as allergy meds... ugh... the benadryl i took this morning helped me a lot more then the claritin i took this afternoon, but the benadryl made me lightheaded, dizzy and far from productive for most of the day. then again, right now, i've got a slowly leaking nose and my throat feels like hell. tomorrow, i raid the drugstore for more options.

today was supposed to be a cleaning and homework day, and i've been less then 50% successful - my room is a lot neater, and i did some much-needed reorganizing, but its not done yet, i started too late to do laundry and no homework. i might dig into it a little bit before going to bed so i feel like less of a waste.
i did finally finish watching murder by numbers, though. not that it was impressive, but only having seen it half way through was annoying me.
its also a little weird - i've been back for two and a half days and i've seen my roomates for less then a half an hour each.

Dust always bothers me, too. That is weird that the Claratin didn't work. That stuff usually works really well for me.
