May. 31st, 2003 01:56 pmi finally got a course schedule catalog for the fall, and looked through it last night.
its a little frustrating that anytime i see an english course with "modern" in the title, i hope there's something from the last 30 years or so in the syllabus and get disappointed...
i can't decide between taking one and two courses. in theory, i should take an english class. and there's a couple that could fit into my schedule. frustratingly enough, the science fiction course can't.
in practice, i want to take a psych course, but the one i'd prefer to take is a twice a week course, which means it will cut into two evenings and have me paying twice as much in parking.
and there's electives i could take, but, i'll only do that if next session's class really drains me.
i could also take one class from umass and an online class from bunker hill, which would be much cheaper, but i'l afraid the bunker hill class i'm interested in won't hold my attention.
today is a putzing around the house day.
the prophecy is on, but i should really get my butt off the couch, clean up the kitchen and the bathroom, do a couple of loads of sheets and blankets and clean/organize my car's trunk. and yes, i'm posting it here to increase my sense of obligation... here's hoping it works...
