two years ago today was my first real post about the breakup. two years later, everything i said then holds true, and added to that is the gratitude i feel for the fact that the two of us are still friends.

a year ago today i was starting my abnormal psych class, trying to organize a bday shindig for mortis (happy birthday!!) and reflecting on the previous year's entry and the flow of time.

last night was dinner with sol3, maighread and her SB, which was a good time as usual. we went to a texmex place on rt. 1, where the food was so good, i think i overate a bit, which made me very sleepy for more of the evening then i'd like. as a result, i crashed soon after getting home, and didn't do any school reading or chores : /

tonight, i've got a beach excursion planned - if i stare at the sky long enough, will it cooperate?

i'm feeling a bit down for not having done the reading.
i thought i'd be fine, so hopefully this will pass - its midsummer nights dream, which i've read once or twice already, so i shouldn't be out of my water in class.

i'll also need to reread much ado about nothing
does anyone happen to have single-book versions of much ado about nothing, twelfth night, richard II, henry IV part 1 or henry V that they could loan me? sol3 has offered me his complete works for the time being, but i'd really prefer not to lug that much around if i can avoid it.

I actually went for a long walk at lunch....I thought the few drops of rain that were falling were really nice.

The only downside is that you can't see the stars (and maybe have to bundle up a little bit more).

it was really raining down here while i went to lunch, and what i wore this morning isn't overly warm.
moreover, i'm not a huge fan of being vertical for long periods of time, and walden pond taught a lasting lesson about putting towels down on moist sand...

damn... i just looked through my bookshelf and I don't have any of the ones you need (except in the super mini size that can fit in your back pocket). I've only got tragedies. Ugh! Sorry.
