braid / hair stuff

i washed the braids - feeling water on my scalp felt unbelievably good! its almost a shame that due to the drying proccess, this can only happen once or twice a week.

and yeah, drying is a bitch... i have a feeling i'll be dripping for hours.

unfortunately, the braids are really fuzzy, due to how long and unhealthy my hair was. i'm trying really hard to keep in mind that the fuzz is normal to some extent and can't be seen from afar - because noticing it drives me up a wall.

because of the fuzz, i think the braids will come out shortly after BM...
the current potential plan for action is to cut my hair way short after the hair has unfrizzed, see hwo i like it way short, and how long before i start growing it back out, and then when growing it out, get braids to get me through the awkward stages.
i'm about 85% ready to chop off most of my hair when i get back. the reasoning is, this is something i feel a pull to a couple of times a year. and each time, the amount of time (years) it would take to grow my hair back intimidates me. well, that length of time is only going to get more intimidating as i get older, so i might as well get it over and done with, right?

*giggle* and i'll post a picture fairly soon. i'm just keeping hawver waiting until he sees me IRL.

and yeah, i'm being a slacker.
the paper is 4 lines into the last page, first sentence into the closing paragraph and my focus is totally gone. i'm banking on being able to focus enough tomorrow to finish it off and read the play before its time to see sol3 tomorrow.
