procrastinating homework

elvendollso yeah, i suck.
in other news, i am feeling better this evening.
the feeling like i'm floaty but ultra emotional passed a bit after i had lunch... i'm still not back to centered, but its at a very manageable level right now.
and a bit of nausea after dinner, but nothing as bad as what i was hit with last night.
my mom has bought me two black skirts over the past month; they're in the mail now - i'm less then thrilled with the spending on her part, and saying to without pissing her off never quite worked out.
i got two tops i ordered on ebay - a silver one and a blue one. the consencus is that the silver one fits me better, so i'll try to sell the blue one off - its a bellydancing bra with fringes -![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)

debbie is reading a book about a boy who is OCD. hearing about this, i asked her if she knew anyone who is OCD; when she said no, i pointed out our great-aunt (the woman covers the goddamn vacuum so it doesn't get dusty!), and the conversation ended shortly after. the next day, she IM's me to say that our mother said that what i told her was BS. all fine and good, only my point was to try and get debbie to take what she's reading and try applying to the world at large, rather then just listening to what people said. and in true fashion of my family, my mom never brought it up to me.
my new laptop came in today, but i haven't had a chance to play with it yet. its sad - i got a new phone and a new laptop, but because i didn't want to replace either, i'm not getting the new toy excitment from them - more like resentment of how much the breakin cost me. i'm hoping once i replace the wallet i'll settle down a bit - now, if i could only find another purse that i like.

if i'm around next thursday night, i can drop it by goffee, or if not, i will be around the first week of september
