elvendolljust a few mins ago i got back from drpping by my grandparents' and then leon's sister's...
the first was ok, though a bit stressy, as i couldn't manipulate either the mci or worldnet dialers into the submission of dialing an old TIAC number (though i didn't go through dll files & the such) and just resigned to find him an IE dialer somehow.
the latter was ok... we sat and chatted for a bit, and then i took off as they were about to leave for the evening themselves.
they actually invited me to come along, but i thought it best not to intrude on their evening, and that it would be better to spend more time with my mom...
but, when i got home, their car was gone, and the front door was locked.
no note to be found, and my stepdad's cell phone was on the kitchen table (while my mom's is in my pocket as she wanted me to have a local one just in case)
after placing a few calls, i found out from igor that they were at the mall. they had dropped of debbie at his house (she is friends with his daughter) around 15 minutes ago at that point in time.
so now i am stuck here, alone, with absolutely nothing to do.
i'm kicking myself for having had forgottten the book i am reading for like the hundreth time, they don't have cable to just stare into the damn box, and the internet here is too slow to keep me anything other then frustrated.
considering i haven't lived here in 3 years, i fel like such the ditched guest... i mean they could have called me to let me know whats going on, or even left a note!
*sigh*
of course i know i wouldn't be this ticked by it if i had something else to take up my time, but damnit... i don't...
can't even call kira cuz she's somewhere with her mom.
i mean, at this point, i should have just gone out with yana...
*grumble*
