i feel like i can't win.

i've had sinus headaches as often as not for the past week, which cuts down on my being able to function well.
today, i finally remembered to snag some tylenol sinus, and now i feel like my insides are all tense and my heart is about to break out of its cage - which is leaving me as unable to focus as the headache was earlier.

and i don't know whether or not this could be a sinus infection; last i got meds for a sinus infection, the dr. just felt around my sinuses and prescribed anti-biotics. i really dislike the idea of taking anti-biotics if i don't need them, and don't want to go to a dr. unless i need a prescription. *kicks rock*

Have you tried Motrin Sinus/Headache (in an orange box)? I find it works better for the headaches I get this time of year (from leaf mold, my doctor said) than Sinus Tylenol.
