elvendolli know it just started, but i just want this week to be over already.
i'm really looking forward to this weekend - i plan on not having anything serious to do and am excited for the party Friday night, the sleepover Saturday night and the show on Sunday night.
but, there's nothing about this week i'm excited about - at least not as far as work and school go.
at work, i have two projects that need to be finished up, and i'm still in the learning stages for one of them, and have the 'fish out of water' feeling. and its busy work, so its hard to keep my mind on it.
i finished most of my paper - just need to put finishing touches on it. unfortunately, i had the margins set wrong when i wrote most of it, so the paper came out a bit short. i've changed the font to arial, which put me back to the right side of the requirements - and hey, its not courier new, right?
if i put the finishing touches on tonight, i'll hand it in tomorrow - while getting back my first paper *shudder*
to say i'm not looking forward to that is an understatement.
the hair thing is weird.
i'm still disturbed by the similarity to my mother's hair, and overall, feel a bit not-me with it. we'll see how i'll fare over the next week. i am looking forward to it growing out.

sol3 came by and re-rigged my big vinyl poster and some lights, which makes me much happier with me room (thank you!). the next steps will be getting the main light rigged up the same way and putting my posters in frames.

The scary thing is... I know all together too many mothers with that hair style.
Please grow it out... please? You have such beautiful hair... it's a shame to see it so short.
Besides... seeing you with short hair makes ME feel old.
