class review
Oct. 29th, 2003 12:59 amthe professor had most of the papers graded... and mine wasn't one of them. i handed my paper in anyways - with all luck, that'll score me brownie points.
one of my classmates pointed out that the final paper doesn't need to be based on any of the class reading - that it can just focus on one of the themes covered in class.
she's going to use steppenwolf, and a part of me is very envious and debating asking about using the same book.
looking through my bookshelf, i could prolly use dorian gray, six characters looking for an author*, or one of bernard shaw's plays.
i could also ask about using the master and margarita, but that'd be pushing the timeline a little, so i want to be sure i've got enough shtuff before asking.
i also have an idea for writing about galileo again, but i'm not totally sure i could stretch for 10 pages, and that he'll let me do two papers on the same work.
i think in some ways, it'd be easier to hand in the whole damn thing on the 18th instead of just a prospectus.
* my copy was edited by eric bentley, which is probably why his name looked familiar to me when i saw it on galileo
