bits and pieces
Jan. 7th, 2005 05:15 pmi so couldn't get up this morning. i am not sure i remember hitting snooze the first couple of times, and i ended up barely forcing myself out of bed about an hour after the first ring. ouch.
and i went to bed on time last night. going to bed early failed, but on time is good, right? only i've been super sleepy for days now - which prolly means i need to take a look into taking some kind supplement.
i'm still sore from yoga, and surprised, because class had felt easy at the time. i was seriously planning on going to yoga again on Saturday, but i'm almost scared of what'll happen if i go to a class still sore from a previous one.
my travelbrain is going crunchcrunchcrunch this morning - so many things in the horizon, and everything's too far away to start putting the puzzle pieces together.
have i mentioned yet how my family does NYE in style? this year, a family friend hosted a renaissance/victorian ball for NYE, and my mom and my sister wore clothes they borrowed from me, and a bunch of people made or enhanced their clothes for the party. my stepdad sent me pictures and they made my day.

Date: 2005-01-07 10:24 pm (UTC)i still don't understand how my body works w/r/t soreness from stretching. but when it's muscle aches from exertion, the tail end of lingering soreness (a few days later) can often be relieved by more excercise. doesn't seem to make things worse, anyway-- not if it's been more than two days.
cool party! nice duds. :)
