weekend recap

elvendolloverall, the weekend was good, and if i wasn't filled with anxiety over not having done homework, i would consider it a success.

sol3 and i splurged on some sushi and made our way to pir's going away party. it was a good party overall, and i had a lot of fun at the party under the table, but there was definite awkwardness and sadness mixed in.
on Saturday,sol3 and i had our first lazy day in a long time - we slept in, we lounged around, we lost track of time and we didn't get much of anything productive done - and until my mood went wonky because of that latter bit, it was a really good day. Saturday night's outing ended up being a bit less debaucherous then i was expecting, but definitely good, and definitely great to have been out and about like that.
yesterday was another underproductive day. i made a bit of headway in cleaning my room and made my very first soup (and it was a success!), and did a lot of dishes, but no homework.
goat and i definitely need to be a bit better about using the bostonorganics stuff before it goes bad - i had to chuck a sad amount of broccoli yesterday - but overall, it's definitely lead me to try cooking new/different things.
