i made it to yoga this afternoon, but because my stomach is feeling a little achy, i decided to skip silks. pulled up to the house, got a little too close to the curb and poked a hole right though the side of my tire.
i'm curious if this means i should have gone to silks.
the good news is that i renewed aaa a couple of weeks ago, have an actual tire as a spare and might have some warranty on the one i poked. the bad news is that it's still money i wasn't planning on spending. and i guess this answers the question on when i should clean out my car.
actually, the lesson is that i should know not to push myself in certain situations. the instructor said that a shoulder stand shouldn't be done if you're having cervical issues, i did it anyway and i'd bet that's why my stomach is hurting. gotta love it when i can blame myself on multiple levels

*hugs* thank you
i'm actually doing better then i expected to be, and think that the right amount of blame makes the right sticky material to cement lessons into my head. really, the good/lucky part of it all is that while this was a lesson i probably didn't want to learn the hard way, doing that doesn't put a significantly painful cramp (pun intended, at this point) in either my health or my finances.
