less then 24 hours to takeoff and i feel so incredibly not ready.
there's a ton of emails i should be answering (or hell, even reading closely!), a lot of foodlab stuff still not done, packing still to finish, and i won't even touch on work.

i miss my boyfriend, i miss my cat, and i miss my mommy. and it won't be long till i'm missing everyone else, too. i was doing fairly okay with the idea of the drive, and then realized it'll be the longest span of time i've ever spent alone - and that's a bit disconcerting.

and in general, i'm feeling so damn spinny i don't know how i'll get the necessary things done...

I know it's not always the best advice.. but when I get really twitchy on long road trips I call people on the phone. :/ but it makes me feel a little less freaked out and lonely.
