i'm here!

and i've actually been here for over 24hrs already - the drive just left me frazzled and sol3 just got net access today.

the most surreal part of being here? having my car here. even though i drove the 3000+ miles to get it here.

the drive was mostly okay. i've found that 15 hours behind the wheel is the most i can do without starting to go loopy - and of course, i had two 15.5 hour days.

now, i'm hanging out at sol3's and trying to get my head in order - there's a bunch of burning man stuff i need to do, a ton i'd also like to get done, a few hours of work i'd like to put in and generally settle.

it turns out i was a total loon for leaving boston when i did - i really should've stayed an extra day. i forgot a bunch of stuff i need (burning man ticket, new leather jacket, posters), i left the place much more of a mess then i'd thought and i was generally disorganized about everything. it's all a sign of how unreal this still is to me.

so, um, yeah.
i'll try to write more later.

you're working though, yes? normal weekday sort of working? i have only tuesday off, but am happy to see people weekends if that's when i can see them, and i'd love to see both you and sol3 whenever :)
