I'm in LA, having been given the initial welcome by tafkar and quinnclub (thank you!), and am off to kittypie's momentarily. My hope is to make it through the day, and spend tomorrow's business hours catching up on email and stuff (and if there's anything on LJ land I've missed in the last 2+ weeks, a note here would be great).

Damn do I miss my sol3!

Edit: And my god daoes it feel great to be in california, to be within a range of 3 timezones of most people I love and to have my car and laptop with me!

I'm getting back on Saturday, and as sol3 and I haven't seen each other in 3 weeks, we might want that night to ourselves. If we're feeling social, though, we'll definately be there!

sounds good. i'll be happy to see you if y'all can make it; otherwise, perhaps we should try to catch up for coffee/dinner/pool/parkway/whatever before the end of February...
