...but not ready to talk about the trip just yet. you can always ask me if you really care...

and pictures should be up this evening (ie: before tobi gets a chance to hurt me for not putting them up)

overall, all i can say is that i am dizzy.
i think i would have preferred to be seasick then landsick.
yesterday i was ok with it, but by today, i was worried enough to call a doctor's office - supposedly, the dizziness can last for 2-3 days, so i'm in for a fun little ride...
overall, its not too bad though - just makes me a bit slower & more uncomfortable then usual, but still able to get around and function.
i slept really horribly last night. partially cuz the cat was sleeping next to me & i was afraid to roll over onto her (and yes, i know i could've kicked her of th bed, but i do enjoy it when she gives me signs that she cares like snuggling up to me), and partially from the fact that my sandflea bites (most likely what they are, at least) were itching too much. finally, around 5am, i got up, washed my legs & put cream on them to make them itch less, which helped enough to fall asleep.
work was a lot of catching up, but i didn't let myself get overwhelmed by it, which is good...

its weird.
on some levels, i am really happy to be home. to sleep in my bed, to look around my house, to know friends and aquianintances(sp) are nearby.
and on other levels, i hate being back. i don't think i am ready to deal with my life just yet. even more sad is knowing that this problem is not something a vacation can fix.

and now i have three things i might do (though i prolly need to do all of them)
- clean
- nap
- eat

bloop.

Let's try this again..

yup, sandfleas. little buggers that crawl around in the sand. bite kinda like local mosquitoes, while their mosquitoes leave marks about 5 times the size ours do (yup, experience talking).

and thank you : )
