back from the club...

i think i had a pretty decent time : )
and i am definitely glad i came out... at first, i didn't think i would... but then i got some good news that i decided to celebrate : )
and i was a good kid, too - only one beer, that i was nursing all night and didn't finish before it went stale.

i think one of the only benefits on wintertime is that it allows you to rotate in different parts of your wardrobe. i used to wear boots in the summer all the time, but the past two summers, it was no longer comfortable.... so tonight was my first night wearing my tall boots to the club this season - and i am very proud of myself (in a silly way, of course) because i didn't have pockets or need to ask someone to be my pocketwhore - i slipped my ID into the leg of the boot, and clipped my keys to the laces : ) tia had warned me that i'd go around jingling all night, but it was actually good, because it wasn't loud enough for others to notice, and let me know they hadn't fallen off : )

actually, overall, today was a pretty good day. i got very overstressed at work at some point, because the customers were being consistently stupid and the car donation place was being even more so, but after i got out of work i was able to put it behind me. from there, i went to the maxies' to drop the title into the car, take the license plates off (thank you, maxiezeus!!) and also drop of a lil something for maxievenus while i was there... i think i felt a bit more for the saab this time around. it started when i was going to sit down in the car instead of waiting outside, and went to open the saab's door. it just looked so familiar. i also decided to try and salvage the picture collage that had melted into itself in the back seat - the thing does not look pretty, but hopefully some of the pics can be saved.

good thing, prolly, too, as i have a long day ahead of me tomorrow...
