elvendollso i was an idiot, and my evening plans fell short at the grand finale. it is 11 on a Saturday night, and i am home : / and can't think of alternate plans. to top it off, i have to be up butt early tomorrow, and therefore can't really stay up *too* late anyways, so new plans would have to be quite short. hrmph.
but, on the good side, i had a fun time walking around salem, and got a thing of purple halloween lights (they're halloween lights - the string is a spider web!!) : )
overall, i think i am ok with fall when it comes to walking around in not-yet-too-cold weather, seeing pretty things and going to neat places. unfortunately, during fall, not too much time is spent doing those things. but i did enjoy today : )
plus i got a bunch of cleaning stuff done earlier - two loads of laundry, de-maxed most of the dresser & filled those drawers, made a home for all my shoes, and catalyzed some much needed (and frightening!) cleaning in the kitchen. i hope to clean more tomorrow - finish up the kitchen, try to get the rear end of my room situated (this is going ot be hard because the shelves to the shelfed part of the dresser are MIA) and maybe another load of laundry, cuz i have a whole bag full of stuff thats been sitting there for 2 years that contains clothing that needs to be dry cleaned - i figure of some of it doesn't get ruined, i'll use it, and what does get ruined, i can obviosly live without cuz its been there for that long...
so yeah - today was a pretty decent day. saturdays usually are though : )
