Yulia means all of those things in latin or were you drawing upon multiple languages?

Paul means small in latin.. or greek .. or something. It means small. Nothing else.

I know that because a friend of mine was flipping through a book of names..reading it outloud.. his meant "God's gift".. then he read mine.. "small". I was young and self-conscious at the time and I didn't take it very well.
